Shift Forward for Coaches, Rostered Staff and Officials will replace Respect in Sport Activity Leader/Speak Out starting this year.

By the end of 2027-2028 season, all individuals will be required to complete the Shift Forward course to meet eligibility - KDMHA strongly recommends all new bench staff take the Shift Forward program

Significant Injury: Significant Injury Report to Play Process      

Concussions: Hockey Canada Concussion Protocol

Inform KDMHA Risk and Safety immediately of all significant injuries and concussion symptoms.  All return to play approvals must go through Risk and Safety.

TRAVEL PERMITS 

NEW- please try to put all tournaments on 1 travel permit. All exhibition games MUST now be approved on this travel permit regardless of where the location is - this is a HEO requirement. Please submit to adminofficer@kemptvillehockey.com at least 1 week in advance to obtain KDMHA/District Approvals

AFFILIATIONS

  • Emergency Goalie Form (Royals only) please fill in and send to KDMHA President

    Player, Parent, Both Coach Signatures must be on completed form, failure to complete in full will be rejected
       Email form to Royals Registrar (registrar@kemptvillehockey.com) and VP Royals (vp@kemptvillehockey.com) and KDMHA President

    No AP may attend any practice or game with AP Team until roster paper work is approved and signed and sent back to the team. NO 
       Exceptions.
