Effective November 20, 2019, HEO has indicated changes to the Checking From Behind infraction...A new rulings from HEO on Checking from Behind will be effective November 20
th, 2019 as follows:
- CFB Minor is 2-minute penalty and will be ejected from the current game and will sit next meaningful game.
- CFB Major is 5-minute penalty and will be ejected from the current game and will sit the next two meaningful games.
**Both are accumulating penalties
