• All payments must be received in full by July 31 of the current year. 
  • ​A $150 late payement fee may apply as of August 1. 

• No player will be permitted on the ice if full payment has not been made. No exceptions. No payment will be taken at the rink.

• There is no In Person Registration Days.

• Please limit online payments/post dated cheques to NO MORE than 3 total payments - less payments helps keep costs down to the association. If you need to make a payment plan please contact the KDMHA Treasurer (treasurer@kemptvillehockey) PRIOR to the due date.

• For Online Banking Payments - please ENSURE your account number within online banking is the phone number you REGISTERED with so that payments are properly allocated.

• Any OVERPAYMENTS received will not be reimbursed. Please review the confirmation email you received providing you with the amount owed.

KDMHA is pleased to offer the ability to pay your registration by 3 different options*, we strongly encourage parents to use the online/telephone banking as this method eases the workload on KDMHA Volunteers and funds are immediately taken from your bank account:

1. ONLINE BANKING: Using online/telephone banking through your financial institution (KDMHA is ONLY set up with RBC, CIBC/PC Financial, Scotiabank/Tangerine, TD, BMO, Manulife); follow instruction for adding "Kemptville Minor Hockey" as a Payee, then use the 10 digit phone number you registered with as your account number (please update your online banking records if you have registered with a different phone number than in previous years). Please limit your online payments to NO MORE than 3 payments.

2. Make cheques payable to KDMHA. You can write up to 3 post dated cheques and they must be dated the 1st or 15th of the month with the last cheque due no later then July 31 of the current year. Indicate player in the memo line of the cheques. Mail cheques to:

3. Drop payment (NO CASH) off in person in the KDMHA mailbox (across from Rink staff office); notify the Registrar if you are depositing registration in this box.

No emails will be sent to confirm payments, please login into your Account within HCR or RAMP to check on balances or payments made. Payments made take 1-2 business days to be received, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for payment to be applied to your account.
