KDMHA RAMP-OWHA Instructions (PDF LINK)

Again for 2021-22, RAMP is the mandated online registration provider for the OWHA. Users must digitally sign required waivers and forms.

We realize that families have already registered through the kemptvillehockey.com GOALLINE website. Thank you. Please read these instructions as ALL KEMPTVILLE STORM PLAYERS MUST re-register through the following link:

Register in RAMP

To register in RAMP for Kemptville Storm:

1. If you created an account last season: please log in. If you forgot your password- click on the “Forgot your password link?” We are not able to assist with account sign-in, as RAMP is not administered by Kemptville District Minor Hockey.

If you are new to Ontario Women’s Hockey and don’t have a RAMP account: click on the "Create one Here" for a new account and set an individual password. Create an account and register the player(s) as a Participant for Kemptville Storm in 2021-22.

8. IMPORTANT: The new OWHA system allows for players and parents to digitally sign (instead of printing and signing) several forms all in one session. These forms, called “Waivers” in RAMP, include (but not limited to):

• Registration Waiver
• OWHA Code of Conduct
• Rowan’s Law acknowledgement form
• KDMHA Player and Parent Code of Conduct

When prompted, players must sign electronically regardless of age.
 

9. Once the RAMP process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from OWHA.

When the system asks for payment, please enter the method of payment that you have already used or will be using. It does not require a payment while registering, but asks the type of payment (eTransfer, cash, cheque etc.).
 

• ​Coaches and other Team Staff should NOT register at this time. Kemptville Storm will send out information later to complete this process for our parent and non-parent volunteers. Please be prepared with your required documentation and numbers (for example, Respect in Sport certificate, OPP Vulnerable Sector Check, Trainer certification, NCCP coaching number, etc.)

Once you have registered, the Storm Registrar (stormregistrar@kemptvillehockey.com) will also be notified.
