You can use the "Manage My Account" feature on our website (last tab on the right, top black bar) to see the amount owing for your player(s). Once you are logged in, please select the “Transactions/Payments” tab and NOT “Registration info”. You can scroll down to see additional family members.

Why is registration the same for 2020/21 Season and why will we still have a lottery this year?

Ice this year equals 92.5% of the total registration cost received this year. This equals approximately 70 hours per week to be split between all squads/bubbles.

With only 24 players and bench staff permitted on the ice at one time, it limits how we have been previously able to spread ice costs between more players. A decrease of 19% in total registration has also played a factor in not being able to reduce registration costs for the 2020/21 season.

...

This year the lottery will be 3 weeks in December ... Each player will receive 8 tickets at $10/tickets for a total of $80 and as in previous years will be limited to two players per family. Please see full letter from KDMHA President here: LINK

How do I pay?

The fastest and easiest way you can pay is online (like you would a bill payment). Payment instructions are available on our website under the Registration tab. Here's a direct link for ease of reference: LINK

Will I receive an email confirming receipt of payment?

No. Once we record the payment in Goalline, you will be able to see it using the "Manage My Account" feature on our website (last tab on the right, top black bar). We don't send confirmation emails. Note that we record payments in batches, so it may be a week or two before it is recorded. With over 600 members, it's a big job for our volunteers!!

Where do I find my "Access Code"?

Players’ access codes are included in the email you received from Goalline confirming your player(s) registration. You can also retrieve your code under the "Manage My Account tab" or click on the following link: LINK

I already paid for tryouts/camps - will I be refunded?

Wherever possible, we applied the amount paid for tryouts and camps to the main registration. In the cases where all fees were paid in full, the treasurer will be issuing refunds.
