Brad Webber - Storm U11C
My name is Brad Webber, and I am excited to be coaching the U11 team this year. As many of you know, I have a work hard, play hard philosophy. I am dedicated to the skill development of each player, and making sure everyone has a fun year. The harder the players work, the more fun we will have. There needs to a equal balance of both to ensure a successful fun year.
When selecting a team I’m looking for players who come to the rink with a great attitude ready to work. A great attitude is sometimes more important than being skilled. I’m looking for players who want to learn, and enjoy the game. If you show that, I will put in all the time needed to help you develop into the player you want to be.

Mike Buller - Storm U13B
My name is Mike Buller and I am privileged to be selected to coach the 2021-22 Kemptville Storm U13 competitive team. I have been a head coach and assistant coach with the Storm organization, as well as A and AA levels and a head coach at the AA level (Major Atom) in recent years.
My philosophy as a coach is to create a fun, hardworking, disciplined environment for the players and to push them to get the best out of their abilities. Our practices will be high tempo with a lot of movement at a fast pace as I am a firm believer that you have to practice at top speed to be able to play games at top speed. I believe that when we all work hard to improve as individuals in a team environment, the team takes massive steps forward.
I am looking for skilled, hardworking coachable players who want to improve every time they hit the ice.

Steve Collins - Storm U15A
Steve has coached with the KDMHA every year since 2010, at all levels, both with the Panthers/Royals and Storm.
He has a strong passion for the game and for player development.
Steve believes winning has more to do with effort and attitude than simple ability and believes winning becomes a habit formed in athletes when properly fostered.
He is excited to be coaching the Storm Competitive U15 team and looks forward to a successful year.

Andrew Williams - Storm U18B
I am pleased to have the opportunity to coach the U18 Team this season! Over the years, I have held various coaching roles in Storm hockey and I can't wait for the 2021-2022 season to get underway.
My goal for this year is to create an environment that encourages players to be successful on and off the ice with a strong focus on team unity, communication, and confidence.
My hope is that each player is motivated to improve their skills and provide support and respect for their teammates. I believe that every season can be successful by dedication and effort, with a desire to compete.
